We seek a talented, high-performing individual to join our Audit Stream L&D team as a Senior Design Consultant, focusing on developing our curriculum with the latest learning innovations and technology. This role is suitable for those with instructional design experience or a technology background interested in leveraging their skills in learning.

Team and Responsibilities

The Learning Development team designs and curates content for the Audit programme, aiming to create impactful, innovative solutions. The Innovation and Technology team supports this by integrating the latest thinking, tools, and technology into our learning solutions.

The Senior Design Consultant will:

1. Support the design and development of programmatic content using modern learning design theories and technology.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with content SMEs.
3. Design, curate, and create content for the Audit curriculum.
4. Coach team members on tools, technology, and instructional design.
5. Collaborate with Lead Authors and Design Secondees to develop engaging, effective content.
6. Bring innovation to our learning solutions, including digital content creation using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Required Skills and Experience

• Background in programme development or content design.
• Experience in transforming face-to-face learning into digital formats.
• Proficiency in video production and editing, with experience in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, or similar.
• Experience in creating eLearning content with Articulate Storyline and Rise is preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools.
• Attention to detail, with an understanding of branding and design parameters.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical content engagingly.
• Excellent project management skills and accountability.
