Job summary

MHA is seeking an Audit Junior for its Not-for-Profit Audit practice. You will join a collaborative team and gain hands‑on experience on real audits, not just shadowing. You will receive mentorship and extensive on‑the‑job training while working with diverse charities and educational bodies.

Successful candidates will pursue ACA Level 7 with strong support for study leave, while enjoying a flexible, hybrid working environment and a commitment to career development within a top UK firm.

Qualifications

• Achieved or predicted 2:1 degree or above and at least 112 UCAS points from your top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Talented individuals with initiative, creativity and curiosity.
• Not-for-Profit Audit offers practical hands‑on learning and on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
• Working closely with your mentor on audit planning memorandum.
• Analytical reviews.
• Preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements.
• Studying towards Professional Qualification (ACA Level 7).
