Job summary

MHA invites high-potential graduates to join our Not-for-Profit Audit Junior program in London, starting September 2027. You will work on audit and accounts prep, under mentorship, and begin ACA training, gaining practical experience and exposure to diverse charities and educational bodies.

You will learn through hands-on engagements, build client relationships, and develop governance and financial reporting expertise in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Achieved or predicted 2:1 degree or above.
• At least 112 UCAS points from top three subjects.
• Studying towards ACA Level 7 as part of the graduate scheme.

Responsibilities

• Work on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
• Collaborate with mentor on audit planning memoranda.
• Perform analytical reviews and prepare financial statements.
• Develop professional qualification through on-the-job training.
