In 2023, Grant Thornton made significant progress in our audit business, emphasizing quality and inclusion. Our five-year audit strategy focuses on quality assurance, business growth within our complex and larger mid-market client base, attracting the right talent for senior positions, and collaborating with clients who share our values.

With the development of a new Audit offering, we are expanding our team to support our large private client base. Based in the Cambridge, Chelmsford, or Norwich regions, this role is ideal for an existing Director seeking a leadership position focused on people development, high-quality work, and expanding our client relationships. We also welcome experienced Senior Managers ready to progress to an Audit RI role, or seasoned Directors aiming for the next step to Partnership.

Role of an RI

As an RI, you will focus on strategic team growth, business development, and ensuring that all work is executed profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements include:

• Current operation as an audit RI within the mid-market space
