Butler Rose Public Practice is supporting a national award-winning Top 100 firm that is offering a unique opportunity for a highly ambitious and experienced accounts and audit professional to join as a director or partner.

Role Requirements –

This position will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will manage a portfolio of over £500k, mainly large and complex owner-managed businesses.

The role involves leading the delivery of audit and accounting services and developing the firm’s audit offerings in London, including growing the team to meet increasing demand.

Person Requirements –

ACA or ACCA qualified with Audit Responsible Individual (RI) status, with significant experience at a UK Top 100 firm at Associate Director, Director, or Partner level.

Proven ability to develop new business and enhance existing client relationships.

Excellent leadership, client relationship, and business development skills.

Commercially minded and technically proficient leader who values autonomy and influence.
