Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK offers a Graduate Programme in Audit Data Analytics. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work on data analytics tools, and support audit engagements from day one, developing technical and analytical skills with data-driven audit solutions.

You'll study for ACA certificates, receive mentoring, and benefit from a structured training program designed to progress your career across diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or equivalent.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data analytics tools to support audit teams.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and business insights.
• Use technology to solve complex data challenges in audits.
• Work with audit teams and stakeholders, delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Support live audit engagements and help teams use data analytics tools effectively.
• Build understanding of client businesses and how data informs audit decisions.
• Prepare audit documentation and contribute to proposals and development activities.
• Take on increasing responsibility while building technical expertise and stakeholder relationships.

What you’ll work on

Design and develop data analytics tools that support audit teams and improve audit quality.
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks and business insights.
Use technology to solve complex data challenges.
Work closely with audit teams and stakeholders, providing updates and delivering high-quality solutions.
Support live audit engagements, helping teams use data analytics tools effectively.
Build an understanding of client businesses and how data supports audit decision-making.
Prepare audit documentation.
Develop your knowledge of financial statements, accounting processes and audit requirements.
Contribute to audit proposals and business development activities when opportunities arise.
Take on increasing responsibility, building technical expertise and strong stakeholder relationships as you progress.
