Audit Associate

Liberty Towers is partnered with a global leading firm in audit, tax, advisory, and consulting, known for its extensive international reach. We are recruiting Audit Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is studying towards the ACA / ACCA qualification and eager to develop their career in a supportive, innovative, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal exchanges.
• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising audits, proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Understand risk management, aligning with the firm’s policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of integrity, representing the firm professionally at all times.
• Produce high-quality work for review by Managers and Partners, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Support business development by identifying additional sales opportunities with clients.
• Identify areas for improvement in clients’ business processes and contribute to Audit Findings Reports.
• Monitor project budgets and explain variances to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, both locally and with other UK offices as needed.

Qualifications:

• Studying towards ACA/ACCA qualification
• Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally with UKGAAP
• Experience working with corporate clients is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ideally CaseWare
• A passion for client service
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
• Motivated to pursue personal development and career growth
