Core Skills

• Take ownership of smaller assignments with manager support
• Support Seniors and Assistant Managers on larger audits
• Develop strong client relationships
• Participate in networking and business development activities

Day to Day Duties

• Complete audit fieldwork including substantive and analytical procedures
• Plan and complete audit assignments with sufficient documentation
• Prepare statutory financial statements from client data
• Identify risks and appropriately
• Support planning, execution and finalisation of audit work

Technical Skills

• Deliver audit sections under senior supervision
• Understanding of process flows, double entry, audit assertions and testing
• Minimum two years’ experience in a UK audit practice

Qualifications

• Studying towards ACA/ACCA/CA or qualified by experience

Essential Experience

At least two years’ experience in a UK audit practice, supporting fieldwork, contributing to financial statement preparation and developing core technical skills through practical audit work.
