DSC Consultancy in Manchester is seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join the growing Audit team and contribute to future growth. You will lead audits for a diverse client base, liaise with the Audit Manager, and help develop junior staff while planning audits from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication and a collaborative approach, with a view to advancing in a growing practice that offers mentorship and clear promotional prospects.

Qualifications

• At least three years of audit experience in an accountancy practice or consultancy.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; proactive and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit assignments across the team.
• Plan audits from planning through to completion.
• Liaise with Audit Manager on engagements and mentor junior staff.
