Qualifications

• At least three years of audit experience in an accountancy practice or consultancy.

Job description

A prestigious accountancy practice based in Manchester is seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join their growing Audit team and to play a part in their future growth.

You will be part of the audit team responsible for undertaking audits for a wide variety of clients ranging from medium to large businesses within different industrial sectors, mainly across the northwest region. A key role in leading the audit assignments across the team, liaising with the Audit Manager on the audit engagements and aiding the development of junior audit staff members. You will be undertaking the planning of the audits through to completion of the audit assignments.

Ideally, you should have at least three years audit experience within an accountancy practice or consultancy business with the ability to work alone or part of a team. Additionally, you will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients alike to achieve successful outcomes.
