Job summary

Forvis Mazars UK is seeking a Data Analytics Assistant Manager to lead multiple audit analytics engagements, from planning through finalisation, with a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with the audit centre of excellence and stakeholders to design bespoke analytics tools while coaching junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business analytics, data science, statistics or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic; the desire to get things done and to learn and progress.
• Ability to lead engagements and write professional audit documents to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on multiple audit engagements from planning through to finalisation.
• Manage, train, and coach junior team members.
• Provide quality assurance (first-level review).
• Collaborate with audit centre of excellence and stakeholders to design and develop tools/bespoke solutions.
• Keep stakeholders informed of issues and progress.
• Work independently and follow best practices for application development.
• Deliver work to high technical standards and within budget and KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm.
• Develop data-driven solutions to solve audit challenges.
