Job summary

Fletcher George is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Director in Leatherhead, Surrey, with a clear route to Director within 1-3 years.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of SMEs, groups, LLPs, and charities, review statutory accounts under FRS 102, oversee audits from planning through to completion, and provide advisory services while mentoring junior staff. The firm offers hybrid working and a competitive package, with rapid progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with strong audit and accounts experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships.
• Ambition to obtain Practising Certificate and RI status.
• Interest in building a career as a general practitioner.
• Comfortable working with cloud-based systems (Xero preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of SMEs, groups, LLPs and charities.
• Review and preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 102.
• Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Deliver advisory and business support services to privately owned businesses.
• Mentor junior team members and active studiers.
• Collaborate closely with the Partners to deliver quality client service and drive growth.
• Play a key part in the strategic development of the firm as a future Director.
