Job summary

Fletcher George is seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Director in Leatherhead, Surrey, with a clear route to Director within 1-3 years.

You will lead a diverse portfolio of SMEs, groups, LLPs, and charities, review statutory accounts under FRS 102, oversee audits from planning through to completion, and provide advisory services while mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with strong audit and accounts experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships.
• Ambition to obtain Practising Certificate and RI status.
• Interest in building a career as a general practitioner.
• Comfortable working with cloud-based systems (Xero preferred).

Audit & Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Director job in Leatherhead, Surrey, with a clear route to Director within 1-3 years.

£75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits Hybrid and Flexible Working

This is a newly created senior role within a growing independent firm, suited to an experienced practice professional who wants Partner-level visibility, technical variety and a genuine say in the future direction of the business.

This role has been created as part of the firm's longer-term succession and growth plans. You will work closely with the Partners, take increasing ownership of client relationships and play a visible role in the development of the practice.

• Based in Leatherhead with easy access from Guildford, Epsom, Woking and surrounding areas around the A3 corridor
• Full-service firm offering audit, accounts, tax, and outsourced services.
