You will lead audits, manage client portfolios, and mentor trainees while coordinating with managers and clients to ensure high-quality statutory accounts and compliance. The ideal candidate has ACA/ACCA credentials or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by over 3 years experience in practice.
• Strong communication and advisory skills with confidence working with senior management.
• Experience with professional practice and IT tools for audit and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments for managers and supervisors to required level.
• Delegate tasks to trainees and provide ongoing feedback.
• Act as role model for new trainees.
• Support a varied portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and submit statutory accounts (FRS 102, Groups, Ltd/LLP).
• Lead audits from planning to completion and liaise with clients.
• Host pre- and post-audit meetings with clients.
• Review junior accountants' work and provide on-the-job training.
• Manage assignments with assistance from the team.
