This role offers ownership, exposure to partner-level work, and clear progression within the firm. Applicants must have ACA/ACCA and strong UK audit experience, with a proven ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong background in audit within UK accountancy practice
• Experience managing client relationships
• Confident mentoring junior staff

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of owner-managed business clients
• Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
• Review statutory accounts and support clients with day-to-day queries
• Act as a main point of contact for clients
• Support, mentor and review the work of junior staff
• Work closely with partners on client delivery and development
