Accounts & Audit Manager Position Overview

1. Plan and lead end-to-end execution of audit engagements, including fieldwork coordination, team supervision, and partner/client reporting.
2. Manage on-site audit teams through planning, execution, and completion stages.
3. Prepare financial statements, tax computations, and management report compilations.
4. Communicate audit status and build relationships with clients.
5. Identify and implement continuous audit process improvements.
6. Supervise and mentor junior team members on technical and soft skills.
7. Contribute to business development initiatives by networking, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying expansion areas.

Accounts & Audit Manager Position Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years' experience in an audit supervisor or manager role.
• Significant experience executing audits under ISA standards.
• Deep understanding of UK GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of corporation tax.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office, accounting systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, people management, and client relations skills.
• Eligibility to work in UK without restrictions.
