Your new role

As a Manager within the Not-for-Profit team, you will take responsibility for a client portfolio exceeding £500k. You will manage multiple assignments, reporting directly to Partners, and ensure delivery to agreed deadlines. There is scope for a mixed portfolio including commercial entities. You will attend client premises, sector events, and trustee meetings, and contribute to tenders and practice development. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting the wider growth and management of the firm.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or international equivalent)
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio, ideally with not-for-profit audit exposure
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
  • Understanding of corporate tax and VAT
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
