Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients across various exciting sectors, including cutting-edge cryptocurrency and technology businesses.
• Plan, execute, and complete statutory audit engagements from planning through to partner review.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit staff and trainees on-site and in the office.
• Prepare complex statutory financial statements and corporation tax computations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted day-to-day advisor.
• Collaborate directly with Partners to drive departmental efficiency and support continued firm growth.

As an Audit & Accounts Assistant Manager you will:

• Take ownership of client relationships and manage audit engagements autonomously.
• Oversee the fieldwork and ensure compliance with UK GAAP and auditing standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
• Contribute to the firm’s innovative digital asset and cryptocurrency accounting initiatives.
• Identify cross-selling and advisory opportunities across the client portfolio.
