Job summary

Audiology Quality and Compliance Manager is a role within the Audiology Service at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will coordinate IQIPS accreditation activities, lead audits and deliver data reports to support continuous service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have auditing and service review experience, with the ability to manage documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing and service review within audiology or healthcare
• Knowledge of accreditation processes and IQIPS requirements
• Ability to collate, analyse and present quality data

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IQIPS compliance within specified timelines
• Provide expert knowledge of IQIPS requirements to the team
• Collect, collate and submit quality and audit data; support accreditation progression and drive service improvements
