Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for the role of Audiology Quality and Compliance Manager. Based in Milton Keynes, you will coordinate IQIPS accreditation activities, provide expert IQIP knowledge and ensure timely collection and reporting of performance and quality data within the Audiology department.

You will work with the Audiology Admin Lead and Service Manager to develop action plans, monitor waiting times and data trends, and implement

Qualifications

• IQIPS accreditation knowledge and coordination.
• Ability to collate and report performance data on time.
• Understanding of quality compliance within Audiology.

Responsibilities

• To support the Audiology Admin Lead to produce and clean weekly and monthly DM01 reports.
• To notify Audiology leads of waiting time breaches and data trends.
• To ensure robust processes are in place within the Audiology department in all aspects of monitoring audiology data collection.
• Develop appropriate action plan in conjunction with Service Manager and Head of Audiology to rectify issues, including proposing changes in processes/procedures.

IQIPS Accreditation

• To coordinate compliance with IQIP standards within appropriate and / or specified timeframes.
• To provide expert knowledge of IQIP requirements.
• To collate required performance and quality information in a timely manner.
