Job summary

Specsavers in Norwich is seeking a Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner to join our Audiology team. The role combines clinical duties with administration to support patient care and store operations.

You will work across our Norwich store and spoke locations, with a committed team and ongoing training. Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, with 40 hours per week over 5 days in a 6-day rota and 28 days leave.

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal English skills.
• Experience as Hearing Care Assistant or Audiology Practitioner preferred.
• Qualifications in hearing care from recognised programmes are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical hearing care support.
• Assist with administration duties as part of regular tasks.

Due to business growth, we are looking for a qualified Hearing Care Assistant within an organisation, or someone with previous Audiology Practitioner experience. The role involves clinical work and will also include administration duties.

• University led HCA programme

You will be to supporting our store in Norwich St Stephens Street and our spoke stores within Norwich

We have a committed team of 15 on the Audiology side of the business with a good mix of experience.
