Sensory Audiology & Optical Recruitment presents an opportunity within a long-standing hearing and eye care company in England. You will conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, evaluate hearing loss, and recommend suitable hearing aids and devices.

The role includes patient education, device fitting, and ongoing follow-up in a customer-focused environment. The package includes a competitive salary (£35k–£38k) with OTE £45k, a company car or car allowance, a bonus scheme, pension, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience conducting hearing assessments and diagnostic testing.
• Ability to assess hearing loss and determine suitable devices.
• Counselling patients on device use and care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations.
• Determine extent and nature of hearing loss using diagnostic tests.
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and assistive devices.
• Provide counseling and education on use and care of devices.
• Monitor progress and adjust devices as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment plans.

You will be resposnisble for:

• Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Determining the extent and nature of hearing loss using various diagnostic tests and equipment.
• Recommending and fitting appropriate hearing aids and assistive listening devices to patients.
• Providing counseling and education to patients on the proper use and care of hearing aids.
• Monitoring patients' progress and make adjustments or modifications to hearing aids as needed.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hearing disorders.
• Staying updated on the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
