Job summary

JACOBS-MASSEY LTD. in Central London is seeking an experienced AV Technician to join our in-house AV and events team. You will set up, operate and de-rig AV gear for meetings, conferences and hybrid events, delivering high-quality technical support throughout the event lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on live-event know-how, strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, venue staff and freelance engineers to ensure seamless delivery.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced AV Technician to join an established in-house AV and events team based in Central London.

This is a hands-on role supporting a varied programme of meetings, conferences, corporate events and hybrid/virtual events. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and de-rigging AV equipment while providing high-quality technical support to clients throughout the event lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of AV technology and live event production, combined with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Working Hours

The role requires some flexibility around event schedules, including early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.
