Job summary

Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join a leading AV and digital signage provider. You will install and commission premium LED walls, displays and conferencing systems for automotive and retail brands across the UK.

This role offers diary autonomy, ongoing training, and clear career progression with a company that values hands-on installation work and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' AV installation experience
• Strong knowledge of LED, digital signage and AV & control systems
• Confidence with fault finding and networking basics
• Comfortable in client-facing environments
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Install and commission high-end AV and digital signage systems nationwide.
• Configure LED walls, digital displays, AV distribution and conferencing setups.
• Perform first-fix cabling, full system installs, testing and commissioning.
• Conduct fault finding and provide service support when required.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage site activity.

The Role

You'll be installing and commissioning high-end AV and digital signage systems nationwide, including:

• LED walls & digital displays
• AV distribution & conferencing systems
• First-fix cabling & full system installs
• System testing, commissioning & quality checks
• Fault finding and service support when required
