Linea Research, part of the Focusrite Group, is seeking a permanent full-time Technical Support professional based in the UK. You will provide expert technical support for Linea Research hardware and software, liaising with dealers, distributors, and OEM partners.

You will work across internal teams to troubleshoot, present, and train customers, with travel to events and on-site deployments as required. Office training in Letchworth during the initial period, followed by split between office and

Competenze

• Experience in the audio technology field including modern DSP and amplifier platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of audio engineering, acoustics and business administration.
• Competent operation of measurement systems; SMAART, Open Sound Meter, etc
• Previous proactive customer service experience
• Ability to relay technical information to non-technical customers
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00–17:30; training in Letchworth, later split between office and fieldwork

Mansioni

• Provide professional technical support to Linea Research customers via email, phone, or in person.
• Be the point of contact for internal technical product support between sister brands within the Focusrite group.
• Provide solutions to customer issues and feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Prepare, develop, and deliver technical presentations to explain and train customers on Linea Research hardware and software.
• Respond promptly to customer requirements using ticketing system; manage tickets and report monthly trends.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D to tailor support to customer demands.
• Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions to Line Manager.
• Assist with technical documentation to provide accurate information to customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Travel for on-site support, trade shows and events as needed
