A leading global digital marketing agency is seeking an Audience Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role requires an experienced individual capable of managing audience data, contributing to best practices, and supporting digital strategy across numerous markets. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively within a global team and be instrumental in driving data-driven marketing solutions.

We are looking for an Audience Manager (6 month FTC) to work within our global central Hub team, The Engine, and be part of a freshly formed team, delivering excellent digital marketing.
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their workstream autonomously.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing audience data, either within a DMP or through programmatic activation and feel comfortable defining and implementing data-driven marketing use cases.
Your ability to multitask and feed into Essity’s overall digital strategy, planning, activation, and operations are second to none and will be called upon every day, as you empower Essity’s Audience Strategy with strategic knowledge and insights from the industry as a whole.
An eye for detail, and an ability to contribute to best practices and processes will be key. As this is a global role, with remit across multiple markets, training and sharing these best practices will be fundamental to the role, focusing on bringing a new way of approaching audience management.
This role will support the Engine and Essity’s overall data-enabled solutions and services by deploying audience and personalisation solutions across Essity’s digital channels.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to work across 25+ markets with a large Engine team which is involved in all elements of Essity’s digital advertising.
