Audience Relations Executive

*MUST BE BASED IN ESSEX*

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional — ideally with experience in client management, delegate relations, or delegate sales, though this is not essential. If you're eager to start a career in a client-facing role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You will join a progressive, market-leading media business that produces content and events for business professionals within their target market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be working for a company that values its employees and offers real opportunities for growth and development.

What will this role include?
  • Reaching out to senior-level executives to invite them to the company's events free of charge.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process of VIP delegates from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for administrative support and inquiries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP delegates via phone, email, and social media.
  • Liaising and supporting relevant internal and external stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Overseeing administrative responsibilities, including coordinating meeting schedules, maintaining the internal database and CRM, and monitoring and reporting on meeting expenses.
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
  • Fluency in English and Polish (if applying for the Polish-speaking position).
  • Experience in client management or sales (preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A personable character, process-driven mindset, and strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365, CRM, and virtual event platforms is a plus.
