Job Overview:

As an Investor Relations Audience & Development Executive, you will develop our audience and manage investor relations. You will interact with prospective clients, leveraging sales skills to meet targets and contribute to event success. Responsibilities include investor relations with financial and real estate professionals, building relationships, and handling VIP comps for high-profile attendees.

This role is based in the UK, working US hours (12pm - 8pm UK time).

Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
  • Recruit investors and LPs for our events throughout the year.
  • Use prospecting tools like LinkedIn to find and reach out to targeted investors and LPs.
  • Build and maintain relationships via phone and email from cold outreach to event attendance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of investors and LPs.
Audience Development:
  • Build and grow the audience for upcoming events through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Develop the audience composition throughout the year.
  • Create and manage campaigns to meet revenue targets.
  • Track progress and report to the Sales Manager, contributing to forecasts.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure ticket sales.
Customer Support & Relationship Building:
  • Provide excellent customer service to investors and attendees.
  • Foster strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in upselling event services or packages.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; degrees in sales, marketing, business, or related fields are a plus.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or event coordination, preferably in real estate or events.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
