Job summary

Jersey Opera House in Jersey seeks a Data & Communications Officer to support marketing and communications, focusing on audience data, CRM, email marketing and digital channels. This 37.5 hours/week role offers £35,000 per annum.

Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will analyse audience insights to inform campaigns and help drive ticket sales while creating clear content for email, website and social media.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, digital engagement, data/CRM or a related role.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, adaptable for different audiences.
• Confidence with data, databases or CRM systems and ability to derive insights.
• Experience with audience segmentation, reporting or customer research.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop audience data within CRM/ticketing and communications systems.
• Create targeted segments for email campaigns and other communications.
• Analyse ticket sales, customer behaviour and campaign performance to provide insights.
• Produce reports on audience growth, engagement and email performance.
• Support audience research, surveys and evaluation.
• Coordinate with Box Office to ensure data capture quality.
• Ensure data protection compliance.
