Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a Trainee Sales Executive for Reading Audi. You’ll be the first contact for customers, starting conversations to highlight the Audi brand and ownership benefits, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role may include weekends to maintain high service levels. You’ll receive extensive training to develop product knowledge and customer-care excellence within a prestige brand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and delivering exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of the Audi brand and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and initiate conversations to excite them about the Audi brand.
• Promote benefits, accessories and ownership experiences to customers.
• Work full-time, with weekend shifts to ensure high levels of customer service.

About the role

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our team at Reading Audi.

As a Sytner Trainee Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of Audi, accessories and vehicle ownership.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the Audi.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working for a prestige brand in a highly successful and motivated team.

A full and valid UK driving license would be beneficial / preferred.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have obtained GCSE grade A -C/9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects, English, Maths and 1 other subject as a threshold level of qualification.
