Job summary

At Sytner Group's Leicester Audi, a Diagnostic Technician is sought to deliver servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high Audi standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will diagnose faults, perform routine servicing and MOT prep, and complete documentation accurately within a collaborative workshop environment.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, has strong diagnostic skills, and a full UK driving licence, with franchise

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is required.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest Audi standards, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

About You

You Will Ideally Have

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician (franchise experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A proactive, team-focused attitude.
