You will provide office support to the sales and management teams, handle client and supplier communications, and manage calls, messages, typing and data entry with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role preferred.
• Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented.
• Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office, internet and email systems.

Responsibilities
