Job summary

Escapade Group is seeking a Social Media & PR Manager to lead the organic social media presence for six attractions and support PR across the group. The role requires regular site visits to capture authentic content and ensure content stays on brand.

You will develop strategies, manage content calendars, and collaborate with site teams to grow audiences, increase brand awareness and visitor engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Strong content creation skills including short-form video.
• Experience coordinating with site teams for on-brand local content.
• Ability to identify trends, engage audiences and drive growth.
• Experience working with influencers and journalists a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage organic social media for six Escapade Group attractions (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Develop per-attraction social strategies aligned to brand, marketing and commercial goals.
• Create content calendars and ensure consistent, timely publishing across all brands.
• Shoot and edit engaging content on-site, including photos and videos.
• Coordinate centrally produced and local content, brief site teams, and ensure on-brand delivery.
• Monitor performance, report insights, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Support PR across Escapade Group, pitch stories, and coordinate media visits.
