Job summary

Abbeyfield School is seeking an Attendance Co-ordinator to support students, communicate with families, and drive excellent attendance. You will monitor attendance data, follow up absences, and collaborate with pastoral and safeguarding teams to remove barriers to learning.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year) based at Abbeyfield School in the Creative Education Trust network.

Qualifications

• Administration: Experience in an administrative role handling confidential information accurately and efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Organisation: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities.
