Job summary

You will manage attendance systems, follow up absences, analyse patterns, and lead attendance meetings with students and families, building positive relationships and supporting transitions.

Qualifications

• Must have school office experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and report data.
• Follow up on pupil absences and lateness daily.
• Check accuracy and coding on registers per policy.
• Analyse attendance data to identify patterns.
• Produce attendance reports for leaders and SLT.
• Lead attendance meetings with students and families.
• Make home/community visits where appropriate.
• Develop and implement individual attendance improvement plans.
