We are currently seeking an Attendance & Pupil Services Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role plays a key part in supporting pupil attendance and wellbeing, helping us ensure every student has the best opportunity to succeed.

Position: Attendance & Pupil Services Assistant

Type: Other Support Positions

Full driving licence is esssential

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record pupil attendance daily
  • Contact parents or guardians regarding absences / home visits
  • Support pupils with any attendance-related issues
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to pupil services
  • Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to promote positive attendance habits
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic IT skills including use of email and bromcom
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
