Job summary

The Arthur Terry School is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join our committed pastoral team. This role is central to supporting student success and wellbeing by promoting excellent attendance and high engagement across all year groups.

You will work with students, families and external agencies, monitor attendance data, and report findings to leaders. The post requires safeguarding commitment, confidentiality, and the ability to respond to barriers to attendance with proactive,

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
