Job summary

Paradigm Trust is seeking an inspirational Attendance Officer to support attendance at Ipswich Academy. You will provide a professional attendance and admissions service and fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the Academy, engaging with pupils and families to improve attendance.

The role requires the ability to work well in a team, with willingness to conduct home visits and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion across the school.

Attendance Officer, Paradigm Trust

Permanent contract, Term time only plus 1 week

Support staff pay scales, scale 4 point 7 - 11 £27,274 - £29,071 per annum FTE £25,474 - £27,152 pro rata.

Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Attendance Officer to support attendance at Ipswich Academy as soon as possible.

The Position

You will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient attendance and admissions service and fulfilling statutory duties on behalf of Ipswich Academy in relation to attendance and children missing education, including working with children and parents/carers.

The successful candidate would need to be able to work well as part of a team and be confident carrying out home visits.
