Job summary

The Suthers School in the East Midlands is seeking a talented Attendance Officer to join a warm and compassionate environment where every staff member makes a significant contribution to the experience of our students.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be to oversee and monitor attendance and punctuality of all pupils and support the pastoral team in providing appropriate support and intervention, while upholding safeguarding commitments with the DfE guidelines.

• Oversight of attendance and punctuality for pupils.
• Ability to work with pastoral teams to support welfare interventions.

Salary: Scale 4 (£27,275 to £29,071 pro-rata, £23,419 to £24,961 actual per year)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, term-time only
