Sawston Village College, part of Anglian Learning, is seeking an Inclusion and Attendance Coordinator. The role focuses on attendance, punctuality and inclusion, coordinating processes and records, and supporting vulnerable pupils on Individual Attendance and Engagement Plans and alternative provision.

The post is term-time only (38 weeks) at 37 hours per week, with collaboration across school leaders, families and external agencies. Right to work in the UK is required.

Competenze

• Coordinate and monitor attendance and inclusion processes across the school.
• Support vulnerable and disadvantaged pupils through Individual Attendance and Engagement Plans.
• Arrange and oversee alternative provision for pupils.
• Maintain accurate attendance and inclusion records.
• Analyse attendance and inclusion data.
• Coordinate interventions to maximise pupil engagement.
• Promote excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Work with school leaders, parents and carers, external agencies and alternative provision providers.
• Build positive relationships with families.
• Monitor pupil welfare and progress.
• Contribute to safeguarding, attendance and inclusion strategies.
