Berlesduna Academy Trust in Basildon is seeking an Attendance Lead to drive attendance improvement across our family of primary schools. The role combines strong analytical skills with coaching and leadership to deliver sustained improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of attendance improvement in education.
• Strong understanding of attendance legislation and statutory guidance.
• Able to analyse complex attendance data and translate into practical strategies.
• Experience coaching school leaders and attendance/pastoral teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive attendance improvement across multiple primary schools.
• Analyse attendance data and translate into practical improvement plans.
