You will monitor attendance in line with school policy, provide a professional service, support safeguarding, and act as a positive role model within our inclusive community.

Permanent Contract

NJC Grade E SCP 11 16 (FTE £28,142- £30,518) - salary to be pro-rated to reflect TTO

Actual Salary for TTO: £23,975.35 - £25,999.56

Hours of Work: 36 hours per week

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Attendance & Family Officer to join our school’s central admin and inclusion teams. The role plays a vital part in ensuring that all our students get to make the most out of school by having excellent attendance and punctuality.

The core purpose of the role is to provide a professional and effective service that improves student attendance at school. To work closely with families and outside agencies to support and monitor attendance in line with school policy.

You will be part of the school’s wider inclusion team, and you will need a positive and proactive approach to your work. We are looking to appoint someone who wants to make a positive difference to our students and their families.

Please note that your approach and the ability to carry out all duties in line with school expectations is essential.
