Job summary

Responsibilities

Monitor and track student attendance and punctuality daily.
Identify patterns of absence and implement timely interventions.
Contact families regarding attendance and collaborate to improve attendance.
Produce attendance reports and analyse data to support decisions.
Support attendance panels, meetings and reintegration plans.
Work with Heads of Year, Safeguarding Team and SEND to remove attendance barriers.
Liaise with external agencies, including Local Authority, as appropriate.
Promote a positive culture of attendance across the school.
