Job summary

Westhoughton High School is seeking an Attendance and EAL/INA Support Worker on a permanent basis. The role runs term time plus 5 days, 37 hours per week, with salary scales of £32,046–£35,570 FTE and actual salary £27,441–£30,458. The post supports attendance and punctuality, with emphasis on EAL and INA pupils.

• Support the Pastoral Team and contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
