Job summary

Worcester Wolves is seeking an Athlete Development Coach to work with the Worcester Wolves Wheelchair Basketball programme, focusing on developing athletes’ technical and tactical skills while building confidence and potential.

You will deliver position-specific coaching, provide personalised feedback, and work closely with the Head Coach to support progression through the pathway and into higher competition levels. Flexible hours across the season as part of a fixed-term Band 6 contract.

Qualifications

• Coaching focused on individual athlete development.
• Delivery of position-specific coaching and personalised feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and development needs of athletes.
• Deliver targeted coaching to women’s Premier League and development teams.
• Contribute to Individual Athlete Development Plans and pathway activities.
