ATF Planner / ETSF Retrieval Clark Air Logistics Transport

Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics?

Your Role

You will work within a team providing UK logistics services, including cargo collection and delivery to/from airport Ground Handling Agents (GHA), arranging special transport for urgent Express shipments, and booking Temperature Controlled vehicles for pharmaceutical goods. Your responsibilities include coordinating freight retrieval and deliveries to airline sheds/handling agents efficiently and accurately, ensuring full customs legislation compliance, effective fleet planning, and daily driver management.

Your Responsibilities
  • Truck route planning and working with hauliers to enhance business performance
  • Ensuring customs compliance with all import/export laws and regulations
  • Reviewing and optimizing processes to reduce costs and increase volume utilization
  • Participating in key projects as needed
  • Overseeing and strengthening relationships with suppliers
  • Supporting team metrics and collaborating with stakeholders to meet targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
Your Skills and Experiences
  • At least 2 years’ experience in international air logistics forwarding
  • Full knowledge of ERTS freight/transfer processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 19:00-07:00
  • Onsite presence required full-time

Security vetting required: This role involves enhanced security clearance checks, including criminal record checks and identity validation. Appointment is conditional upon satisfactory clearance results.
