Job summary

Anima, a healthtech company focusing on personalised medicine, is seeking an Assurance professional to own customer assurance from first contact to resolution. You will handle DPIA support packs, security questionnaires, and coordinate with our Data Protection Officer on expert input.

You will become fluent in our products, answer routine questions, and contribute to a robust, self-serve knowledge base with clear documentation for NHS customers.

Qualifications

• Regulatory or compliance experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Curious about how products work; able to dig into data flows and AI governance.
• Pragmatic judgement with ability to translate requirements into practical actions.
• Confident in front of customers and able to explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience building reliable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own customer assurance from first question to resolution.
• Lead customer conversations and coordinate with DPO on questions requiring specialist input.
• Learn how our products work and provide routine assurance answers independently.
• Keep documentation accurate and coordinate safety documentation with our Clinical Safety Officer.
• Build a self-serve knowledge base, standard answers and onboarding packs, plus a system for tracking agreements and review dates.
• Influence assurance requirements before launch by coordinating with product teams and gathering customer feedback.
• Represent Anima in customer conversations and at industry events.
• Coordinate follow-up after incidents to improve documentation and processes.
