Lincolnshire County Council's Strategic Commissioning Service is recruiting an Assurance & Improvement Officer to turn data and evidence into action, strengthen quality and compliance, and improve outcomes for people across Lincolnshire. You’ll analyse service performance, support audits and inspections, and help develop assurance processes while working across Adult Care, Commissioning and Corporate Services.

As an Assurance & Improvement Officer, you'll work with data, evidence and insight to support better decision-making, strengthen quality and compliance, and help improve outcomes for people across Lincolnshire. Join our newly established Strategic Commissioning Service and play a key role in shaping how we understand performance, quality, risk and organisational effectiveness across Adult Care and Community Wellbeing. If you enjoy turning information into action and want to be part of a team that's building something new, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in assurance, governance, business improvement and strategic commissioning within a newly established service. What you'll be doing No two days will be the same. One day you may be analysing themes emerging from service reviews, the next supporting evidence gathering for a Care Quality Commission inspection, and the next helping to develop a new assurance process. You don't need previous experience in assurance or adult social care, as full training and support will be provided.
