Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, who can help us drive deals from inception through to execution.

The role will include:

• Process Coordination: Coordinating internal processes / team members, dealing with investors and business owners, valuation modelling and forecasting.
• Execution of M&A Diligence Processes: Liaising with business owners and their accountants to address Due Diligence asks, liaising with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners through the execution process.
• Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint): Assist in preparing marketing materials for investors, such as slides highlighting companies we are representing.
