Role Description

Full-time M&A Associate role based in Notting Hill, London.

We are looking for someone with M&A Investment Banking / Transaction Services experience, capable of driving deals from inception to execution.

The role will include:

1. Process Coordination
2. Coordinating internal processes and team members
3. Dealing with investors and business owners
4. Valuation modelling and forecasting

Execution of M&A Diligence Processes

1. Liaising with business owners and their accountants for Due Diligence
2. Coordinating with Private Equity investors and their Due Diligence partners

Prepare marketing materials (PowerPoint)

• Assist in preparing investor materials, such as slides highlighting companies we represent
